Sacred Respite is a sanctuary for the feminine body and soul — a soft, healing space where you can exhale and remember what it feels like to be held. Here, time slows. The breath deepens. The spirit unfurls.

Through guided breathwork, restorative sound healing, and a sacred shamanic journey, you’ll be invited to return to your body’s own wisdom — to remember the language of rhythm, rest, and release. We’ll close our time together with a fire ceremony to honor what’s ready to be transformed and to call in what longs to emerge.

Between the guided experiences, there will be spaciousness — for reflection, connection, and quiet communion with nature and one another. Every element of Sacred Respite is designed to nourish you at the root: body, heart, and spirit.
