In collaboration with Jane Harb of Yogi Jane Healing Arts, please join us for an afternoon of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. If you have never experienced a Sound Bath, this is your chance. If you have, then you know how truly amazing the experience is. Sound healing has been practiced since ancient times, but only now becoming a major trend in wellness for its profound ability to alleviate stress, tension and anxiety as well as improve sleep and reduce body aches.

I have been called to create a gathering space for women. Women are the givers and the life-bringers. We are connected to creation itself. Women are the glue that carry so much weight on their precious shoulders and too often, we put ourselves last on our agendas. We need time for ourselves to replenish and renew. This will be a small gathering in a very relaxed and non-intimidating environment that is created by women, for women. Bring a girlfriend and join us!

We will begin with some easy, gentle stretches, appropriate for everyone. Followed by a delicious sound bath where participants will simply lay down in an extended savasana with blankets and pillows. You will be immersed in sound healing vibrations, bringing you deep peace, relaxation and equanimity. Afterwards, we will enjoy some light refreshments together to further nourish our bodies.

Please dress in layers, bring socks, a yoga mat, blanket and pillow. Wear relaxed, comfortable clothes. Space is very limited. Your payment secures your spot. $60 per person.

I will present an affirmation for our focus on the first portion of our walk. You will have the option to anoint yourself with a specially chosen Young Living Oil, and caretake a corresponding crystal ally for this approximately 1.5 mile journey.
